  • What file format do you need?

    For optimal results, please provide vector files such as .ai, .eps, or .svg formats, or high-resolution .png files to ensure accurate conversion into embroidery stitches.

  • Can you embroider photos or gradients?

    Embroidery is limited to solid thread colors and cannot accurately reproduce smooth gradients or photographic detail; for full-color images, we recommend direct-to-film (DTF) printing instead.

  • Can I see a proof before production?

    A digital mockup or photograph of a sew-out sample will be provided for your approval prior to completing the final embroidery order.
